OUR MISSION
Our mission is to provide clean, safe, healthy raw milk to our customers. We believe by doing so we are helping people reconnect to their food and where it comes from.

WHAT WE DO
The Cows: The Jersey breed is our breed of choice. Besides being beautiful animals, they have great temperaments, and produce milk high in calcium, vitamins, omega3’s, and beneficial fatty acids. Jersey milk is also high in butterfat and, as a result, has a wonderful creamy texture and taste. A very high priority for us is the health and comfort of our cows. The cows have access to pasture and are mainly grass fed and supplemented with some grain feed. Currently we are milking two cows, Luna and Juno, and have three heifers (young cows not yet in milk), Daisy Mae, Rosie, and Patty. We feel that raw milk is an absolute superfood. Raw milk contains fully active enzymes, beneficial bacteria, 22 amino acids, OMEGA-3 fatty acids, CLA, vitamins, immunoglobulins, minerals, and antioxidants all in their natural state allowing them to be more easily utilized by the body. And then there is the taste!!!!! There is just no comparison between the taste of raw and the taste of pasteurized milk. Raw milk is so rich, creamy, sweet, and delicious!!!
We also raise American Dairy Goat Association registered Alpine and Nubian dairy goats. We enjoy showing our goats at various goat shows throughout the summers.
